Terms of Use

Last updated: July 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of tayfa.ai. By using the site or downloading Tayfa, you agree to them.

Use of the website

The site is provided for information and distribution. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that impair service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on the site may change as the product evolves.

Downloads

  • Installers are offered from GitHub Releases (or links we publish on this site). Tayfa is provided as is, without warranty. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any AI provider you connect (OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama, etc.).
  • macOS: Unsigned or not-notarized builds may trigger Gatekeeper warnings until signing is complete.
  • Windows: Unsigned builds may show SmartScreen warnings; documentation on the download page explains how to proceed.
  • Linux: Packages are unsigned by default.
  • No separate EULA file is published yet; use of the software is subject to these terms and the license file in the GitHub repository once published.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tayfa and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the app — including loss of data, API charges from third-party providers, or service interruptions. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the software.
